have backed this belief in its decision to replace its long
established Achiever CRM solution with Microsoft CRM version
3 across the group.

We are pleased to announce that stage one of our progressive roll-out, planned for the summer months was
achieved successfully as we reached the go-live date for the
sales and management teams. We are currently pushing
forward to implement the solution across the support
desks and technical teams for increased customer satisfaction.

Microsoft Dynamics CRM provides its users with an intuitive interface which works alongside the Microsoft applications most people are already accustomed to. Microsoft Dynamics CRM works seamlessly with Outlook allowing employees to manage
customer interactions quickly and efficiently without having to
spend vast amounts of time on training.
