Customer Support Centre
Senses Customer Support Centre provides online helpdesk and telephone hotline assistance whenever you need it. The Centre is permanently staffed by full-time, experienced consultants who, in turn, are supported by a team of technical and infrastructure specialists.

In addition, our Customer Portal is a convenient online environment that allows you to log new service requests; edit, manage and prioritise requests; and send files and messages to our Support Centre.

For extra piece of mind we maintain a “snapshot” of your ERP system which enables us to speed up support in your own environment.  It also allows us to pre test and troubleshoot service requests securely outside your production environment.
